Marginality is not destiny. Excellence is a habit — built one shift at a time. Before you fill the form, take 30 seconds to remember why we do this.

Communicate

Tell the next shift what they need to know — honest, kind, clear. If something went wrong, name it. If something went right, share it. We learn faster when we don't hide. Numbers matter. People matter more.

Cooperate

Your handover sets your teammate up to win. Leave the machine cleaner than you found it. Restock what you used. The "next manager" is not a stranger — they're family. We rise together or not at all.

Consistent

Every shift gets a report. Same form, same discipline, every time. AM or PM. Weekday or weekend. Quiet day or chaos. The numbers tell us where we're going. The notes tell us who we're becoming. Discipline is dignity.

No tricks. No favourites. The score lands in #shopify-mgr-score the moment you hit submit. Monthly winners get recognised. Discipline is dignity.

Submission window: 4:30 PM – 2:00 AM SGT. Reports sent outside these hours are not recorded — you'll get a WhatsApp nudge to resubmit in-window. Scoring goes live 8 Jun 2026.

  • 4:30pm–6:00pm = 35 pts
  • 6:00pm–10:00pm = 32 pts
  • 10:00pm–midnight = 28 pts
  • Midnight–2:00am (after-midnight grace) = 20 pts
  • Outside 4:30pm–2:00am = not recorded — resubmit in-window
