A Singapore-based social enterprise that turns the daily craft of coffee into a path of restoration — for ex-offenders, youth-at-risk, and adults building back from the margins.
Our learners are skilled professionals in training. They bring resilience forged through real struggle — and that resilience becomes their greatest asset.

Where our learners come from.
Ex-offender rehabilitation
In partnership with Yellow Ribbon Singapore, we open the espresso bar to men and women re-entering society after incarceration. Not a placement — a runway.

Youth-at-risk training
For young people disengaged from school or recovering from early life trauma — the cafe becomes a classroom. We teach the craft, and the rhythm of work itself.
