On shift? Everything you need is one tap away.
Clocking in, leave, MC and payslips all live in the Staff App — one sign-in with your staff number. After your shift, file your Shift Report. Baristas: log your shots with Espresso Dial-In — snap the displays and the AI does the rest. Managers run the roster and the payrun from Manager Access, on a desktop.
Manager Access needs a desktopThe roster is a seven-column grid you edit a cell at a time, and the payrun is a table of money — neither fits a phone, and neither is being squeezed onto one. Open admin.theofficialtce.com on a laptop. Everything you need on a phone is in the Staff App above.
Clock In / Out — open app.theofficialtce.com on your phone and tap Clock In, or point your phone's camera at the QR on the café screen. Sign in with your staff number the first time.
