On shift? Everything you need is one tap away. To clock in, scan the live QR at the counter.
After your shift, file your Shift Report. Use the Staff Console to apply for leave & MC yourself. Managers use Manager Access (password-protected) to review attendance. Baristas: log your shots with Espresso Dial-In — snap the displays and the AI does the rest.
Clock In / Out — tap your location’s button at the top of this page to open the live QR kiosk, then scan the code with your phone. The code refreshes every 10 minutes.
A Work In ProgressThese tools are new and still being refined, so you may meet the odd error along the way — your patience is much appreciated. If something doesn’t work, take a screenshot of the error and WhatsApp it to Matthew, and we’ll take the next step together.
