On shift? Everything you need is one tap away.

Signing in to the Staff App now opens on five cards — the same five below, in the same order. HR is your own: clocking in, your roster, leave and MC, payslips. Tasks is what you file at the end of a shift — the shift report, and the espresso dial-in. Screens shows what is on the café televisions. Devotion is the Academy's reading for the day. Sales is for supervisors and above. One sign-in with your staff number covers all of them. Packing beans? Print Files has every bag label and bean card, ready to print. Managers run the roster and the payrun from Manager Access, on a desktop.

Manager Access needs a desktopThe roster is a seven-column grid you edit a cell at a time, and the payrun is a table of money — neither fits a phone, and neither is being squeezed onto one. Open admin.theofficialtce.com on a laptop. Everything you need on a phone is in the Staff App above.

Clock In / Out — open app.theofficialtce.com on your phone, tap HR, then Clock In — or point your phone's camera at the QR on the café screen. Sign in with your staff number the first time.
