Every bag you will choose below was roasted on our 5kg drum at the URA Centre — the heart of Singapore's civic quarter, four floors above the street. We roast four times a week. We bag the day we cup. We ship within days of the drop.
That window matters more than origin, more than process, more than the brand on the bag. A great bean roasted a month ago will always lose to a good bean that is only days old. So we keep batches small — and the journey from drum to door short.
