Why we do what we do
Every cup is a second chance.
The Caffeine Experience exists because we believe that no person is too far gone, no story is too broken, and no past is too heavy for the kind of renewal we have come to know through Christ.
Singapore is a city of many faiths and we serve every guest with the same warmth, the same dignity, the same care — regardless of where they stand. But the engine that drives our work is rooted in the gospel: that every person bears the image of God, that mercy is more powerful than memory, and that the work of restoration is sacred work.
We train our learners in a craft that is patient, attentive, and quietly transformative — because that is exactly how the Father has worked in our own lives.

The TCE Academy at Gateway East.
A working speciality café and training academy under one roof, set into the East’s busiest commercial gateway.
A daily place of work where the gospel is lived out in hospitality, in mentorship, and in the quiet excellence of well-made coffee. Mornings begin with devotion. Shifts are run as discipleship. Every barista certificate is a confession that this craft is offered first to God.
