    Lighter roasts keep bright, fruity notes; darker roasts bring body, cocoa and caramel.

  • Grind for your brewer

    Fine for espresso, medium for filter and pour-over, coarse for a French press.

  • Fresh from our drum

    We roast four times a week at Maxwell Road, so every bag is within two weeks of roast.

  • Choose by taste

    Each bag lists its tasting notes — start with the flavours you already enjoy.
