Tasting Notes: Butterscotch · Cocoa · Black Tea
From the rugged Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea, Mt Otto delivers a beautifully balanced cup with rich body and gentle complexity. Soft butterscotch and cocoa sweetness give way to a smooth black-tea finish, with a clean, well-mannered acidity throughout.
Grown by smallholder farmers across volcanic mountain terrain, PNG coffees are shaped by remote, mineral-rich soils — producing cups that feel both grounded and quietly exotic.
