Beans Serving Now — Our Current Roasts

Three beans are serving on our menu now — each one carrying a different story, a different terroir, a different gift to the cup.

Here's what we're brewing this season.

Cornerstone Blend — Chocolate. Banana.

Our house blend. Sixty percent Cerrado, Brazil (Natural) meets forty percent Mt Otto, Papua New Guinea (Alchemy processed). The Brazilian gives us the chocolate body — round, comforting, familiar. The PNG brings the soft banana sweetness on the finish, alongside an unexpected complexity from its alchemy fermentation.

Cornerstone is the foundation we build the menu upon. Versatile across espresso, plunger, and filter. The everyday cup that never grows ordinary.

Colombia Gesha Estate — Pomegranate. Ribena.

From the celebrated Manantiales del Frontino Estate comes a Gesha that drinks like a treasure. Washed processing draws out a startling clarity — bright pomegranate seeds bursting on the front palate, then deepening into blackcurrant ribena sweetness on the long finish.

This is a coffee for slow mornings. A pour-over by the window. A reminder that some gifts are worth waiting for.

Halo Berity Yirgacheffe G1 — Peach. Jasmine. Oolong.

From Halo Berity, Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia — the birthplace of coffee itself. Grade 1, washed, and singing with floral character. Sun-warmed peach gives way to fragrant jasmine blossom, settling into the smooth, tea-like body of an oolong.

Best as filter, pour-over, or aeropress. Drink it slowly. Let it remind you that beauty often blooms from the oldest soil.
