Lighter roasts keep bright, fruity notes; darker roasts bring body, cocoa and caramel.
Grind for your brewer
Fine for espresso, medium for filter and pour-over, coarse for a French press.
Fresh from our drum
We roast four times a week at Maxwell Road, so every bag is within two weeks of roast.
