The Official TCE is dedicated to providing employment opportunities to ex-offenders and guiding them to restart their lives after their prison stint. We believe in offering second chances and creating a supportive environment for those who are often marginalized. Our mission is to make a positive impact on society by promoting social reintegration and reducing recidivism rates.
OUR VENTURES
At The Official TCE, we operate two main ventures that serve as platforms for our mission. The Caffeine Experience offers specialty and heritage coffee along with comfort food, providing a space for people to enjoy quality beverages and meals while supporting our cause. The Cat Experience, our cat cafe, allows customers to interact with cats and experience the joy of these furry companions while contributing to our social enterprise.

Our employment program focuses on providing holistic support to ex-offenders, including training, mentorship, and job placement. We are committed to equipping individuals with the necessary skills and resources to reintegrate into society and build a sustainable livelihood.
Through various awareness initiatives, we aim to educate the public about the importance of second chances and the potential of individuals seeking to rebuild their lives. Our educational programs and outreach efforts seek to dispel misconceptions and foster empathy and understanding in the community.
We advocate for policy changes and reforms to create a more supportive environment for ex-offenders. Our engagement with policymakers and stakeholders aims to influence systemic changes that facilitate successful reintegration and reduce stigma associated with past convictions.

OUR LOCATIONS
In addition to our ventures, we offer support services such as counseling and assistance for ex-offenders and their families. We understand the challenges they face and strive to provide a comprehensive support system to address their needs and facilitate a successful transition post-incarceration.
Our reintegration efforts extend beyond employment, encompassing community engagement and social initiatives. By promoting inclusivity and acceptance, we strive to create a society that embraces individuals seeking to overcome their past and contribute positively to the community.
The Official TCE is currently located at three different venues in Singapore: 1 Vista Exchange Green, #01-20 The Star Vista; 1 Stars Avenue, #11-00 MediaCorp Campus; and 45 Maxwell Road, #01-01 The URA Centre (Opening in October). We are strategically positioned to reach a diverse audience and create meaningful impact within the community.
