Welcome to The Official TCE! Your support is crucial in helping us provide employment opportunities to ex-offenders, giving them a chance to rebuild their lives. Survival in Singapore is not easy. Every corner we turn, there is a cost attached to it. We do our best to balance the income to pay a decent salary to our staff.
On an average we pay from $2,000 to $3,000 for a full time beneficiary and sometimes, we do face difficulties.
